I'm a product designer currently based in Ontario, Canada.

For over a decade, I worked at RingCentral, contributing to communication and collaboration products across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. During that time, I collaborated with multiple product teams and worked on features of different scales, from incremental product improvements to larger initiatives developed from early concepts to release.

My work spanned several areas of the product ecosystem, including messaging, calling, video meetings, support experience, learning platforms, and AI-assisted features.

I often worked on complex product requirements and focused on translating them into clear, usable interfaces that support real user workflows.
